Crafting the Activation Strategy

The Kuda RSP Engagement Forum The Kuda Retail Service Providers Engagement Forum was meticulously designed to cater to the Type A target audience. These retail service providers are pivotal in connecting Kuda’s Cashless and C-Gate services with consumers. The engagement forum was structured as an interactive event where Kuda representatives and retail service providers could interact, fostering a deep understanding of the services offered.

  • Media Wall: Branded with Kuda displays and banners.
  • Free Wi-Fi: Ensure seamless connectivity.

Creating an Immersive Experience

Activation Details: The activation setup occupied a perimeter of 40ft x 30ft, with controlled access points. Upon entering, guests were greeted by brand ambassadors who guided them to the Information Area. Here, visitor data was captured, and information about Kuda products was shared. Guests were encouraged to download and register the Kuda retail app if they hadn’t already done so.

After registration, guests were free to explore the various engaging activities within the setup. From computer and VR games inside the game truck to outdoor games like archery duels, air hockey, and table football, the experience was designed to be immersive and enjoyable. Leisure shopping stands provided an opportunity for retail service providers to offer their products, completing transactions using Kuda bank services.
